At TITANSYS.AI, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. This policy outlines refund terms for both our software subscriptions and done-for-you service packages.
1. Software Subscriptions
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All paid software subscriptions (Vanguard) come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription within the first 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are issued for partial months after the 14-day guarantee period
- You will retain access to your data for 30 days after cancellation
2. Done-For-You Service Packages
Our service packages (Intelligence Report, Content Factory, Autopilot) are custom professional services with different refund terms due to the nature of the work involved.
TITAN Intelligence Report
- Before work begins: Full refund available within 48 hours of payment
- After work begins: No refunds, as research is non-recoverable
Multi-Platform Content Factory
- Deposit payments: 50% deposits are non-refundable once work begins
- Balance payments: Due upon satisfactory delivery; not refundable post-delivery
- Revision policy: Up to 2 rounds of revisions included at no extra cost
TITAN Autopilot System (Monthly Retainer)
- First month: 50% refund available if cancelled within first 7 days
- Ongoing months: Cancel anytime with 14 days notice; no refunds for partial months
- Work in progress: All deliverables completed before cancellation date will be provided
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@titansys.ai with your order details
- Include your account email and reason for refund request
- Our team will respond within 1-2 business days
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method. Please note:
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 days to appear on your statement
- International transactions may take longer due to banking processes
- Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in the following circumstances:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or abusive refund requests
- Requests made outside the applicable refund window
